Rules — Runs or Breaks
Ten rules inside the template. Three of them:
- 01Explore → plan → code → commit. Nothing gets written before the plan is accepted. The plan is the contract of the session.
- 04Scheduled jobs die in silence. Every job needs an alert on a channel that cannot fail with it.
- 10Feedback is data, not a verdict. Log it, sort it, decide on the date you set, on the numbers.
